How we work together

• Twice a week, together. These are working sessions: you share your screen, I share mine, we look at where the project is and decide what comes next.
• Work between meetings. Between meetings I work on my own, so most meetings start with something new that works.
• One asset in the middle. We build one thing in the middle: your address, the tools on it, and the agents and reports that use it. Every meeting adds to it, and it stays yours.
• You learn as we go. I show you what I use and how I use it, so you and your team can keep going without me.
• You stay current. The market moves every week. I work at the front of it, so you hear what matters for your business and skip what does not.

What you get out of it

How it is billed

<aside> 🧾 USD $350 an hour, for our meetings and the work between them. Work is agreed in blocks of hours before it starts, and nothing beyond a block is done or billed without your approval.

The first block: a working proof

The first block is usually a working proof on one of your systems, about seven hours, so you can see it work before deciding anything bigger.

After that

We keep going in blocks at the pace that suits you, usually around our two meetings a week: the next systems, the agents and reports that run on them, and the skills your team needs to use them. You can stop after any block and keep everything built.
